Order Confirmations

You'll receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order to the e-mail address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Methods and Charges 

1st class signed for Delivery

We provide 1st class signed for deliveries at £4.70. A signature will be required on delivery. Order placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.

Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 1.00pm the latest in order for this to be processed as 1st class and recieve within 2-3 working days.

We also offer second class postal service at £2.80 which normally arrives working 3-5 working days. 

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
